As our HR Administrator, you will play a central role within our HR team. You will be the first point of contact for our national and international employees and ensure that all HR administrative processes are carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Manage the HR mailbox and respond to questions from employees and managers. You will be responsible for the administrative processing of employee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, support the monthly payroll process, and maintain accurate personnel records.
You will process sickness and recovery notifications, support absence management processes, and monitor the training and development budget. In addition, you will assist departments with training requests and support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate administration.
You will interact daily with employees, managers, and external partners, including training providers, educational institutions, and staffing agencies. Through your professional and customer-focused approach, you will contribute to delivering excellent HR support across the organisation.

You will join a close-knit HR team consisting of an HR Director, two HR Business Partners, a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and an HR Administration Officer. Together, we support Strohm and our colleagues across a broad range of HR topics.

What you bring:
- MBO-level education in HRM or relevant HR work experience;
- Strong administrative skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken;
- Experience with HR software such as Cobra and/or Personio is an advantage;
- Knowledge of onboarding highly skilled migrants (IND procedures) is an advantage.
