As our (Medior) Project Manager at Strohm, you’ll be at the heart of our Project Management Office — delivering complex, high-value projects that shape the future of offshore technology. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams from contract signature to handover, ensuring every project hits its mark: on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of safety and quality.
You’ll be supported by a talented group of engineers, planners, cost engineers, document controllers, and coordinators — but you’ll set the pace. From the first kickoff to final delivery, you’ll turn plans into performance and strategy into results.

About the role
In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of project execution — delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and to contractual and technical requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders — keeping communication seamless and transparent.
- Drive excellence in project management: contract execution, risk control, financial oversight, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for project safety, cost, schedule, quality, and technical integrity.
What you bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years (medior) of hands-on project management experience, ideally in fast-growing or scaling offshore environments.
- Certified in PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills — with the ability to steer multiple complex projects at once.
- A calm hand in the face of change, and a clear eye for priorities.
