As a PL1 Operator, you will be part of a production team responsible for producing high-quality semi-finished and finished products on the winding line. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable quality standards.
You are involved in the entire production process and actively contribute to the optimal operation of the production line. In addition to operating the machines, you monitor the progress of the process, identify deviations, and ensure that products meet the set quality requirements. You work closely with colleagues from production, engineering, and quality to ensure a reliable and stable production environment.

About the role
In this role, you will:
- Operate, set up, change over, and start up the winding line.
- Monitor the production process, critical process parameters, and product quality according to applicable specifications. Performing first-line preventive maintenance and minor technical repairs on machines and installations.
- Managing the supply and removal of raw materials, materials, and finished products.
- Recording production and quality data and identifying deviations, malfunctions, and unsafe situations.
- Actively contributing to resolving process disruptions and continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity.
What you bring:
- MBO level 2 diploma, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Worker, Process Operator, or in a similar technical position is a plus.
- Affinity with technology, for example through experience as a Maintenance Operator or a NEN 3140 certification.
- A positive and collegial attitude; you enjoy working together, helping colleagues where necessary, and are pleasant to work with.
- Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English.
- A flexible and proactive work attitude; you like to roll up your sleeves and understand the importance of structure and discipline.
